Simone Zaza joins Valencia CF

Italian striker arrives on loan until the end of the season

Valencia Club de Fútbol have completed the signing of Simone Zaza on loan from Juventus until the end of the season. The player passed a medical with the club and signed his contract on Sunday. The agreement will see him become a Valencia CF player until the conclusion of the 2016/17 campaign, with an option to buy.

The Italian international forward will be officially presented on Monday at 1:15pm, at the Ciudad Deportiva Media Centre in Paterna.

Simone Zaza (born June 25th, 1991, in Policoro) has been capped 16 times by the Italian national team and has extensive experience in his homeland. He is a product of the Atalanta BC youth system, and debuted for the club's first team in the 2008/2009 season. The striker would go on to play at UC Sampdoria, spend loan spells at Juve Stabia and Viareggio, and feature for Sassuolo and Juventus in Italy. With the latter club, Zaza won the Serie A title, one Coppa Italia and the Italian Supercoppa.
