The opening message by club president, Anil Murthy, at the annual Valencia CF shareholder's meeting, has been heavily covered in all media outlets, as shareholders supported the club's budgeting balance sheet. Club president, Anil Murthy, reiterated how “no-one in Valencia came forward to save their own club”, and furthered that there are no violent supporters at Mestalla, pointing out that Meriton inherited no legal obligation to finish the Nuevo Mestalla stadium, but that they would anticipate finishing the ground, ready for the 2021/22 LaLiga season.


TV station Cuatro reported via their website how Valencia CF shareholders backed the proposed budgets presented at the annual Valencia CF shareholder's meeting staged on Friday.
