Rodrigo Moreno is also included once again
After years of effort, hard work, professionalism and competing at a high level, Dani Parejo has received his just rewards. Just one month away from his 29th birthday, the Valencia CF captain has been called up to Spain’s national team, with Julen Lopetegui calling on his services for the country’s upcoming friendlies ahead of the 2018 Russia World Cup.
On Friday 23rd March he will take part in a friendly against Germany in Dusseldorf (20:45CET), before a match at the Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid versus Argentina (20:00CET).
The Valencia CF midfielder is having a terrific season and is enjoying some of the best form of his entire career at present. Under Marcelino, he has become incredibly important, and after previously representing Spain at under 19, under 20 and under 21 level, Parejo will be pulling on La Roja’s colours once more in 2018.
Rodrigo Moreno was also included in Lopetegui’s latest squad, and in his three caps for his country the Valencia CF forward has netted one goal. After scoring freely in LaLiga and putting in plenty of hard work, he too has received a deserved call up.
