Valencia CF want to draw the curtain on their season with another party at Mestalla

A game of mixed emotions, with happiness for one side having already secured Champions League football and sadness over relegation for Deportivo

Marcelino’s side will draw the curtain on their extraordinary season at Mestalla in front of the fans that have been right behind the team all the way against RC Deportivo on Sunday at 12:00 h (CET). Valencia CF will be looking to end the season on a high note having already secured Champions League football for next campaign.

The home fans will be keen to enjoy the final day of the campaign on Sunday, ready to support and congratulate their players on what has been a very impressive season in the league. Valencia CF have been in the upper reaches of the table since match day five of LaLiga, with a huge effort put in to ensure that they remained there. There is no better way to prepare for next campaign than to end the current one with a win.

Francis Coquelin, Gabriel Paulista, Toni Lato and Andreas Pereira will be Valencia CF’s absentees for the LaLiga’s final day. As for Clarence Seedorf’s side, Sidnei, Bóveda, Fede Cartabia, Carles Gil and Andone will not be available for Depor but Valencia CF loanee Zakaria Bakkali will be available to face his parent club.
