Great draw at Old Trafford (0-0)

Valencia CF and Manchester United played their second Champions League match in Old Trafford at 21:00 KO (CET).

Both teams had a good start with Valencia CF controlling possession and Manchester United looking to find the rhythm. Gonçalo Guedes and Marcus Rashford had the first chances of the game the first one saved by David De Gea and the other going just off target.

Valencia CF and United shared the ball for the rest of the half with a shot from outside the area in the 38th minute that went high. Gonçalo Guedes tried from outside the area but his shot went high and the first half finished scoreless.

Valencia CF started the second half trying to score. Gonçalo Guedes had the first chance of the second half with a shot from outside the box that went off target. Neto Murara easily dealt with the free kick by Paul Pogba in the 60th minute.

Moments later Michy Batshuayi sent it high after a great ball by Piccini. Romero Lukaku had the first chance after a defensive error but Neto saved it brilliantly.  Both teams introduced Gameiro and Martial for Batsuhayi, Alexis, and Carlos Soler for Coquelin and Guedes for Cheryshev. Both teams tried to score but the match finished scoreless at Old Trafford between Manchester United and Valencia CF.

Valencia CF will play versus FC Barcelona on Sunday in Mestalla and Young Boys on October 23rd in Bern.
